What you need.
Routi Pro license
Internet connection
A Telegram, Discord or Slack connection in Settings › Messages
A Cloud AI provider with your own API key. Usage is billed by the provider
You approve it first.
Before Weekly Report to Team turns on, Routi lists every folder it can use and exactly what it will change. Nothing runs until you say yes, and anything moved to the Trash can be restored.
